Why Kamakura & Enoshima?

The Kamakura-Enoshima coastline is one of Japan's most popular anime pilgrimage areas. The scenic Enoden railway, ocean views, and historic temples provide a stunning backdrop that has inspired dozens of anime series.

Getting There from Tokyo

From Shinjuku, take the Odakyu Line to Fujisawa (about 55 minutes, ¥600). From there, transfer to the Enoden line. Alternatively, take the JR Yokosuka Line from Tokyo Station to Kamakura (about 55 minutes).

Recommended: Buy an Enoden 1-Day Pass (のりおりくん, ¥800) at Kamakura or Fujisawa station.

Slam Dunk Locations

Kamakurakōkōmae Station Railway Crossing

The most famous anime pilgrimage spot on the Enoden line. The crossing where Sakuragi sees Haruko, with the ocean glittering behind the Enoden train. Arrive before 9 AM to avoid the crowds that can block traffic.

Enoshima Beach

The coastline that appears throughout the series' opening sequences. Walk along the beach path between Kamakurakōkōmae and Inamuragasaki stations.

Bunny Girl Senpai Locations

Fujisawa Station

Sakuta's home station and the starting point for many scenes. The station's north exit and surrounding streets are faithfully reproduced in the anime.

Shichirigahama

The beach where several emotional scenes take place. One of the most photogenic spots on the Enoden line, especially at sunset.
